Pasta with avocado
If you have pasta for lunch or dinner, we suggest adding to them the sauce with avocado and you will already have pasta, and not just products made from durum wheat. To do this, mix the pulp of the avocado, lemon juice, chop a clove of garlic, and season it with balsamic vinegar. Mix thoroughly and put on top of steaming pasta.
Pita bread with avocado
Prepare a non-standard dish for breakfast. It is stuffed pita bread. And as a filling, you can use slices of avocado in combination with bell pepper, herbs, and pickled onions.
Grind everything thoroughly, mix and place on a pita. Wrap it in a tube, cut diagonally into small pieces and quickly serve. If you have time, you can fry it a little in olive oil before cutting.
