Actress Jennifer Aniston became the guest of the Jimmy Kimmel evening show. She talked about the series "Morning Show", where she plays with Reese Witherspoon, and, of course, about the most high-profile news of recent days and it is her Instagram page.

Jimmy Kimmel asked her why she decided to have a page on the social network. Aniston said that she was just tired of people who constantly asked her to start using Instagram. The actress admitted that she had a financial Instagram for some time. She used it to understand how this all works. It was a fake account, which she calls "stalker". But then, as the actress says, "it's time to understand the world and dive into social networks."

The first photo posted by the star blew Instagram. Jennifer shared on her page a selfie with the actors from the series Friends. The snapshot instantly took wind into the net: in a little more than a day, it collected nearly 12 million likes and 456 thousand comments.

Besides, she broke the record of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, gaining a million followers faster than their official page. Aniston's profile gained over a million subscribers in 5 hours 16 minutes, a result that broke the previous world record set by Prince Harry and Megan Markle. Their profile gained over one million subscribers in 6 hours. For some time, Jennifer’s account was not even available. It was, apparently, due to the rapid activity on the page, so the actress even apologized for breaking Instagram. At the time this news was published, 14.1 million people signed up for Aniston.

Later the actress posted a video apologizing for breaking Instagram

“If Bigfoot came out of the forest and started Instagram page, he would not have gathered as many followers,” Kimmel joked.
